TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING GRADING SUBMISSION
Grading Submission Service
Our company utilizes the most secure transportation and packaging methods to ensure your items reach their destination safely. However, as international shipping inherently carries risks and insurance costs are high (approximately 30% of the item's value), this agreement is established to protect the interests of both parties. You may opt to purchase insurance service (requires a separate quote). If you choose not to purchase insurance, it signifies that you understand our company will make every effort to ensure the safety of your items, but we will not be held liable for any form of compensation resulting from accidents not caused by our company.
Pre-Grading Prediction Service (PREVIEW)
The pre-grading prediction service provided by our company is conducted by senior practitioners. It aims to increase the probability of your items achieving the desired score, but does not provide a 100% guarantee. Grading services involve certain factors of force majeure; all grading scores are subject to the final results issued by the grading authorities.
Slab Cracking Service
Our company provides slab cracking services. However, there are inherent risks involved in this process. Our company shall not be held responsible for any accidents or damage that may occur during the cracking process.
Storage Period
Please collect or arrange for the delivery of all graded items within 30 business days after receiving pickup notification. Our company shall not be held responsible for items left beyond this period.
Liability Disclaimer for Accidents
Should your submitted items be damaged or lost during transit or while at the grading authorities, our company will do our best to seek compensation from the relevant parties. There is no fixed benchmark for the duration of the claim process, the compensation amount, or the method of compensation. The final compensation is the responsibility of the relevant parties and is unrelated to our company.
Grading Surcharges (Service-Up Charge)
After your items have been authenticated and graded, if the market value of the item exceeds the coverage limit of the selected service level, the grading authorities may require you to pay a price differential (upcharge) to ensure adequate shipping insurance coverage. This surcharge is mandatory, amount will be based on the invoice in USD issued by the grading authorities times eight.
