取消政策

Your satisfaction is very important to us. 
In case of the need for a refund or exchange for one of the reasons below simply contact us within 14 days after receiving your purchase and we will provide instructions to proceed.

1. The product you received is different from your order.
2. You notice upon delivery that the good is damaged or the product is defective.

We strongly suggest that you examine the product for defects and damages upon delivery. 
To be eligible for a return, your purchased item must be unused, in the original packaging and same condition as you received it. 
To request a refund or exchange, please send us an email at yamacardo@gmail.com with:

Clear photos and description of the defect. 
Your full name, contact details and order number.
In case of any dispute, YAMACARDO LIMITED reserves the right of final decision.

如因以下原因需要退貨或換貨，請於收到貨物的十四天內聯絡我們，屆時我們將會提供申請退貨或換貨的詳細指示。

1. 收到貨品與訂單資料不符
2. 速遞送貨收件時發現玻璃瓶破碎或產品品質問題    
顧客收到產品後，請即時檢查產品是否正確及完整。
如需申請退貨或換貨，請確保產品未經使用、保留原有包裝及送遞時原有狀況，並在收到產品後的十四天內，將以下資料電郵至 yamacardo@gmail.com：

產品缺憾的清晰照片及文字描述
顧客姓名、聯絡資訊及訂單編號
如有任何爭議，嵐山貿易有限公司保留一切最終決定權。
